			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last Sunday I went to Viana do Castelo to run in &#8220;<a href="http://www.mmviana.com/">XI Meia Maratona Manuela Machado</a>&#8220;.<br />
(attention, site very ugly).</p>
<p>It was not so hard as I expected but I had a lot of fun. I did a soft slow (above my average pace) run because of my lack to train these last months. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;">Depois de muitas horas a correr, muitos Km e lesões, decidi (hoje), alterar os planos.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Desde há dois anos que as corridas são mais ou menos assim: <a href="http://franciscocabrita.runnerplus.com/">http://franciscocabrita.runnerplus.com/</a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">- Short runs: entre 3Km a 7Km (normalmente à 7am durante a semana, todos os dias)<br />
- Long runs: 9Km a 14Km (normalmente à noite ou fim-de-semana)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Em ambos os casos o pace é bastante acelerado avg de 4:50.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Agora pq mudar as coisa quando &#8220;aparentemente&#8221;* estão bem?! (não tenho conseguido recuperar de lesões por estupidez minha)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Razões da mudança</strong></p>
<p>- Treinar p/ ultra-maratona, resistência Vs velocidade;<br />
- Quebrar monotonia das corridas que duram há dois anos;<br />
- Quebrar barreira psicológica dos 14Km;<br />
- Eliminar corridas duplas, 5Km manha, 8/9Km à noite (no mesmo dia);<br />
- Poupar/Optimizar tempo;<br />
- Stressoff dos músculos/tendões/lesões;<br />
- Qualidade da run Vs quantidade;</p>
<p><strong>Novo programa</strong></p>
<p>Bem isto aqui ainda não está 100% assumido mas será algo do tipo:</p>
<p>- Short runs: entre 3Km a 7Km (7am durante a semana, dois dias por semana)<br />
- Long runs: 20Km a 30Km (fim-de-semana, pelo menos uma vez por mês)</p>
<p>Ora como isto é &#8220;uma tentativa de&#8221;, não me levem a mal se me virem a correr disparado por ai <img src='http://www.sufixo.com/raw/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> .<br />

<p>Hoje a lição número 100 é a minha corrida número 100! Estou contente com os 744Km que consegui até agora, passado muitas dores de pernas, barriga, joelhos, (<em>lista de tudo o que pode doer no corpo devido a este tipo de desporto</em>) , muito sol, muita chuva e claro litros de suor <img src='http://www.sufixo.com/raw/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  heheeh tóxinas &#8230;</p>
<p>Não foi fácil! Ainda por cima quando comecei ainda fumava! Agora, passado 1 ano, mais precisamente 405 dias sem fumar, posso dizer que a corrida e muita força de vontade foram os factores X que determinaram esta mudança na minha vida.</p>
<p>Bem, para aqueles que se questionam &#8220;Então este tipo não tava a morrer do coração?!&#8221; eheh não, não estava a morrer&#8230; ou pelo menos ainda não sei <img src='http://www.sufixo.com/raw/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> , o que é certo é que ando a passo de caracol e claro, fico-me pelo 7,5Km por corrida quando normalmente ia aos 10Km. Claro que continuo um newbie mas adoro desafios <img src='http://www.sufixo.com/raw/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
